Return Policy
At HealthOne you can replace or return a product you have purchased because:
you change your mind,
we sent you the wrong item/quantity,
we made a mistake in price or shipping.
the product was defective.
In any case, you must necessarily contact us by phone or e-mail.
We do not accept returns of items without prior notification!
The case must have been recorded beforehand and guidance on how to return it.
General:
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. The cost of returning the product is solely your responsibility if you change your mind and cancel.
The product must be in its factory packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
- Defective items are excluded. In the event that the product we have shipped to you is different from the one you ordered or is defective, you may return it within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase at no shipping charge. The return of the product, in this case, can only be made if the product is in its original condition and in full original packaging.
Shipping costs: the return for these cases is at our expense, provided that the basic condition is that you have previously contacted our Customer Service Department at 2105758422.
- You must ensure that the returned item reaches us intact. It is your responsibility to pack it securely to avoid damage in transit.
- Each return must be accompanied by a photocopy of the original purchase document.
- Items on discount or on offer can only be exchanged for items of the same category (on discount or on offer).
Returned items should be sent to.
In case you wish a refund:
The refund is made within 14 calendar days from the moment you inform us of your intention to return your order and after we have received the returned item and it has been checked for completeness.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is HealthOne's fault due to an incorrectly shipped item/quantity or defective product. If you cancel the purchase, only the value of the product is refunded but not the shipping costs (and/or cash on delivery).
The method of refund depends on the payment method you originally selected for your order. Thus, the amount will be refunded to you either by cancelling your credit card charge, or by bank deposit to a bank account that you will indicate to us if you had paid by cash on delivery (the transfer fee charged by your bank - in case it is not the same as the company's - is not refundable).
For advances given for products with an availability status "On request" there will be no right of withdrawal.
