The Technical Service Department of Health-One already supports several Gyms, Sports Centres, Clubs and Hotels nationwide, undertaking the full service, repair and preventive maintenance of Gymnastics Equipment and Treadmills of all companies. This technical department has been designed with the needs of its professional customers in mind and is fully staffed with qualified technicians covering the entire range of products and services provided.

Our long experience in the field, excellent technical training and continuous education enables us to excel in the field for two important reasons: our reliability and our consistency! All working days and hours, Health-One operates a problem service desk (help desk) with available engineers/technicians who provide assistance by phone, fax and email. The ways of working with our company are as follows:
FOR GYMS
By signing an annual maintenance contract (valid for specific gym equipment and after it has been inspected by a technician)
With technical support on your premises (charge depending on the work required, the parts needed and the distance travelled)
With direct shipment of the machine to our premises (at your expense) for a more thorough check, maintenance and repair.
