Your order will be shipped via courier companies, Courier Center and ELTA Courier, which meet our standards and have been selected to provide you with high-quality services.
Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 AM and 04:00 PM.

For orders weighing up to 3 kg:
Within Attica (excluding islands): €3.00
Outside Attica (Nationwide): €3.25
For orders over 3 kg:
Within Attica (excluding islands): €0.85 per additional kg
Outside Attica (Nationwide): €1.05 per additional kg
Maximum weight limit: 15 kg
Cash on Delivery Fee: €2.00 (for Mon-Fri deliveries)
Saturday Delivery (upon request): Additional charge of €4.60
ELTA Courier
For orders weighing up to 2 kg:
Within Attica (excluding islands): €2.50
Outside Attica (Nationwide): €3.10
Island Areas: €3.50
For orders over 2 kg:
All destinations: €0.70 per additional kg
Maximum weight limit: 15 kg
Cash on Delivery Fee: €1.30 (for Mon-Fri deliveries)
Shipping via Our Own Transport Service
Available only within the Attica region.
The shipping cost varies depending on your location (calculated automatically at checkout).
Delivery is curbside only.
You will be contacted by phone to confirm the delivery day.
If your order includes fitness or strength training equipment, and you request indoor delivery and/or assembly, this service is provided by specialized technicians upon request and at an additional charge, depending on location, floor level, and difficulty of access.
Indoor delivery & assembly are available only if the items can be transported by two people, either using an elevator or stairs.
If crane service is required, the customer bears the cost.
Wall or ceiling installations are not provided.
Shipping via Freight Carrier (Customer Pays)
Applies to bulky or heavy items shipped to the countryside, islands, or areas outside Attica.
The customer bears the full transport cost, which depends on the carrier's pricing based on the product's volume.
The customer must arrange delivery directly with the transport company and can choose between:
Home delivery
Pickup from the carrier's warehouse
You will be contacted by phone to arrange the shipping date.
The order is shipped via a freight carrier at the customer’s own risk.
Our company is not responsible for any product damages during transportation.
All products are properly packaged and quality-checked before shipping.
In-Store Pickup
You may collect your order from our physical store.
Orders with the shipping method "In-Store Pickup" will be available for up to 5 business days from the day we notify you that your order is ready.
If the order is not collected within this period and no prior notice is given, it will be canceled.
If you request assembly for your order, this service is available at an additional charge, depending on the product and location.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your geographical location and order date.
If you selected:
Immediate Pickup / 1-3 Days Delivery:
The product is in our warehouse and will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
4-10 Days Delivery:
The product is in the supplier's warehouse and will be shipped within 4-10 business days.
Up to 30 Days Delivery:
The product is ordered from abroad and will be shipped within 30 business days.
In case of additional supplier delays (e.g., raw material shortages, transport issues), we will inform you via email and/or phone.
Pre-Order:
The product is not in stock and must be ordered from abroad.
Phone confirmation is required before placing the order.
Healthone-Greece is not responsible for delays due to external factors, such as force majeure events.
