The inspiration for this product comes from ancient times, more specifically from Persia. Persian warriors and boxers realized the importance and value of training with objects that swing with an uneven weight distribution. The most recently manufactured sticks were made of stone and wood, but the AMILA Clubbell is made of steel on the inside and coated with raw rubber on the outside, which makes it particularly resistant to rust and falls, while providing a secure grip. Finally, its unique design allows you to use it even as a roller to break down trigger points after an intense workout. Few clubbells can truly compare to the AMILA Clubbell.
