The EPP PRO balance roller from AMILA is made of EPP (Expanded Polypropylene), a material known for its hardness, resistance to water and other chemicals, and shock absorption.
The EPP Pro is manufactured in an attractive white color, while the logo at the end of the roller is integrated with the rest of the body to remain unchanged over time. The hardness is "soft" compared to black, which is harder, but it remains harder than an EVA foam roller.
Reasons to use AMILA's Foam Roller:
Improved performance: When a trigger point is created, it can limit you and reduce your performance. When you use a balance roller, you restore your muscles to their normal state, increasing your range of motion. This allows you to achieve better performance, as your muscles (which will have returned to normal) will be able to be used to their full potential.
Relieves pain: When you use MFR (Myofascial Release, Self-myofascial Release) on trigger points, you increase blood circulation in the muscles and connective tissues. The better the circulation, the more oxygen passes through, which means that your muscles can recover faster and you may experience less pain.
