The AMILA Kettlebell Original Rubber series is made of malleable cast iron (nodular Cast Iron). Malleable cast iron is made from gray cast iron (the well-known cast iron) with additional magnesium impregnation increasing its strength and ductility. On the outside there is a virgin primary rubber lining for greater strength and protection of your floor. With sufficiently large handles for a comfortable grip with the rubber helping to provide better grip.

Although there is evidence that kettlebells were used by the ancient Romans and Greeks, the word “Kettlebell” or “Dram”, as the Greek name is, appeared in a Russian dictionary around the beginning of the 17th century AD. By 1948, the kettlebell had firmly entered the life of Russians and became a national sport of Russia.
