The AMILA Rubber Cover Cr Handle series is made of cast iron, with a rubber cover to protect your floor. With fairly large handles for a comfortable grip, while at the top of the handle we will see a non-slip surface so that the Kettlebell does not slip during the entire exercise. Finally, the handles are chrome to have a tolerance for rust. Of course you need to wipe the handle with a cloth after your workout.

Although there is evidence that kettlebells were used by the ancient Romans and Greeks, the word “Kettlebell” or “Dram”, as the Greek name is, appeared in a Russian dictionary around the beginning of the 17th century AD. By 1948, the kettlebell had firmly entered the life of Russians and became a national sport of Russia.
