The swimming training set is the ideal way to increase your strength, endurance and improve your results in the water. The Water Kick Resistance Trainer by AMILA offers the resistance you want for your daily training. It is mainly used for freestyle training, but is also suitable for backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly.
One of the most important elements that a swimmer must have is the intensity and power of his kick. With the Water Kick Rest Trainer, you can train your back, quadriceps and calves, increasing your vertical speed.
The set includes a chest strap with cushions for a comfortable and secure fit, 1 pair of leg straps, and 2 latex bands. Easily adjust the bands to optimize your training.

- ELTA Courier: Charge from €2.50 (within Attica), €3.10 (outside Attica) & €3.50 (islands) for up to 2 kilos. Additional €0.70/kilo. Cash on delivery €1.30.
Our means: Available within Attica, with a charge per area. Delivery on the sidewalk. Assembly upon request.
Shipping at customer charge: For heavy/bulky products outside Attica. The customer is responsible for the transportation costs.
