AMILA Wood Jerk Block

Configure the height you want through a choice of four different heights. Their usual use is for weightlifting exercises, and more specifically for those who want to improve their throwing, training the movement over and over again without having to lift the bar from the floor. However, due to the quality of its construction, the AMILA Wood Jerk Block offers a rich range of other functions, half-deadlifts, jumps/Step ups, etc.
Made of wood, in 4 different dimensions of 38, 30, 15 and 7 centimeters. Each piece of the set is made of 1.8 centimeters of wood while each side is designed to fit perfectly with each other for safety and durability.
The smaller 7cm sheet should be used when using the AMILA Wood Jerk Block as a set to protect the outer sides of the wood

- Courier Center: Charge from €3.00 (within Attica) & €3.25 (outside Attica) for up to 3 kilos. Additional €0.85/kilo (Attica) & €1.05/kilo (outside Attica).
- Cash on delivery €2.00. Saturday delivery with an extra charge of €4.60.
- ELTA Courier: Charge from €2.50 (within Attica), €3.10 (outside Attica) & €3.50 (islands) for up to 2 kilos. Additional €0.70/kilo. Cash on delivery €1.30.
Our means: Available within Attica, with a charge per area. Delivery on the sidewalk. Assembly upon request.
Shipping at customer charge: For heavy/bulky products outside Attica. The customer is responsible for the transportation costs.
- Pick-up from store: Possibility of pickup within 5 working days. Assembly available at an additional cost.
