AMILA Wood Jerk Block

Their usual use is for weightlifting exercises, and more specifically for those who want to improve their throwing, training the movement over and over again without having to lift the bar from the floor. However, due to the quality of its construction, the AMILA Wood Jerk Block offers a rich range of other functions, half-deadlifts, jumps/Step ups, etc.
Made of wood, in 4 different dimensions of 38, 30, 15 and 7 centimeters. Each piece of the set is made of 1.8 centimeters of wood while each side is designed to fit perfectly with each other for safety and durability.
The smaller 7cm sheet should be used when using the AMILA Wood Jerk Block as a set to protect the outer sides of the wood

If you make the deposit, you must send us the copy of the bank order to the email info@healthone.gr , where you must include as a reason the order number or the name of the person to whom the order was made, so that there is no delay in processing it. Your order will be executed the next day of the dispatch of the deposit slip & the confirmation of the transaction.
