DYMATIZE ELITE CASEIN provides 24 grams of slow-digesting casein protein per serving.
It is specifically designed to digest more slowly than fast-release protein sources such as whey protein. This slow digestion is a result of the natural pH sensitivity of Casein protein in the digestive tract. Due to the natural thickening as a result of Dymatize 100% Casein in the low pH environment of the stomach, a prolonged and steady release of amino acids can occur. In fact, the expected digestion can take more than 2 times as long as other forms of protein. This slow digestion is very often desirable, especially during sleep or other periods when your body may go for many hours without food.
Dymatize Casein is made only from protein sources with a PDCAAS (Protein Digestion Corrected Amino Acid Score) of 1.0 (the perfect target) or higher. Dymatize 100% Casein provides 24 grams of protein – casein per serving, including 10 grams of BCAAs, Glutamine and Precursors. In addition, Dymatize 100% Casein provides 50% of the RDA of calcium.
Due to the hygroscopic nature of casein protein, Dymatize 100% Casein is noticeably thicker and smoother than many non-casein-based products.
It has a great taste and a gel-like texture, making it a delicious and highly nutritious drink!
Dosage: Mix one scoop of Dymatize Elite Casein with 300-360ml of your favorite beverage (water, milk, etc.).
