Το HT-7 Hip Thrust bench της Viking είναι είναι ένα εξειδικευμένο μηχάνημα για τους γλουτούς. Βοηθά στην γρήγορη και αποτελεσματική ανάπτυξη τους καθώς απομονώνει την άσκηση και την επικεντρώνει ιδιαίτερα στην εκγύμναση του μείζονα (μεγάλου) γλουτιαίου. Αυτό επιτυγχάνεται με την δυναμική έκταση των ισχίων που υπερνικούν κάποια μορφή αντίστασης (μπάρα ή λάστιχα), με τα γόνατα να έρχονται σε ορθή γωνία, ενώ στηρίζουμε την πλάτη μας στο μαξιλάρι.
Το HT-7 διαθέτει άνετες διαστάσεις για να βρίσκουν όλοι οι σωματότυποι την κατάλληλη θέση άσκησης και έναν ισχυρό χαλύβδινο σκελετό για αντοχή στις δυνατές προπονήσεις!
Το μαξιλάρι στήριξης της πλάτης είναι κατασκευασμένο από πυκνό αφρώδες υλικό και επενδεδυμένο με αντιολισθητικό PU.
H βάση στήριξης των ποδιών είναι επενδεδυμένη και αυτή με ανάγλυφη αντιολισθητική λαμαρίνα ώστε τα πέλματα να προσφύονται σταθερά και να μη γλιστράνε κατά τη διάρκεια της άσκησης.
Υπάρχουν 2 ράβδοι σε κάθε πλευρά στο ύψος των ισχίων, στους οποίους μπορούμε να αγκιστρώσουμε λάστιχα αντίστασης. Έτσι, η αντίσταση στα thrusts μπορεί να προέρχεται από τη μπάρα βαρών, τα λάστιχα ή και το συνδυασμό τους.
Παρά τη στιβαρή του κατασκευή το HT-7 Hip Thrust bench μετακινείται εύκολα στο χώρο χάρις στην ειδική χειρολαβή και τα ροδάκια κύλισης που διαθέτει.
