Το λάστιχο αντίστασης επιτάχυνσης είναι ένα πολύ δυνατό εργαλείο προπόνησης για όλους τους αθλητές, για να αποκτήσουν και να παράξουν τα ιδανικά επίπεδα επιτάχυνσης, να πιάσουν γρήγορα ταχύτητα που είναι πλέον απαραίτητα σε όλα τα «multi-directional» αθλήματα. Δεν έχει σημασία αν είστε αθλητής τένις μπάσκετ η ποδοσφαίρου, το μόνο σίγουρο είναι ότι ένα τέτοιο λάστιχο σας είναι απαραίτητο.
Προπονηθείτε μόνοι σας ή με τον παρτενέρ σας για να αναπτύξετε μεγαλύτερη δύναμη. Επιταχύνετε επιβραδύνετε και ξανά επιταχύνετε προς όποια διαφορετική κατεύθυνση σας δοθεί, για μια προπόνηση που θα σας φτάσει στα όρια. Δυναμώστε το κάτω κορμό, αναγκάζοντας τα πόδια σας να δουλέψουν περισσότερο σε κάθε βήμα. Σε περίπτωση που δεν έχετε παρτενέρ εφαρμόστε το σε ένα σταθερό σημείο και προπονηθείτε μόνοι σας.
Το Large Random Direction Trainer 2,5 μέτρο μήκος ενώ η αντίσταση στο 200% φτάνει τα 8Kg. Το σετ περιλαμβάνει και ζώνη με O Ring, αλλά και χερούλι για τον εκπαιδευτή. Όπως και όλα τα αντίστοιχα λάστιχα (RDT) της εταιρίας το λάστιχο προστατεύεται από το ειδικό μανίκι, τόσο για την μακροζωία του όσο και για την δικιά σας προστασία σε περίπτωση σπασίματος του λάστιχου.

If you make the deposit, you must send us the copy of the bank order to the email info@healthone.gr , where you must include as a reason the order number or the name of the person to whom the order was made, so that there is no delay in processing it.
