Pegasus® MF10 All-in-One Trainer with Bench
The MF10 is a compact and versatile machine built to provide you with an enhanced full-body workout in your space, in a small footprint. It features a double 50kg weight stack, expandable up to 100kg, using free weight add-on bars.
The MF10 is compatible with Ø50 and Ø28 weight plates, while the bench and the wide range of accessories included provide you with everything you need to start training immediately.

Smith System
The Smith System features an innovative 8-roller linear guide system with ball bearings, for smooth and silent barbell movement in exercises such as squats, bench presses, rows and lunges.
This advanced system reduces friction, facilitating a smooth lifting motion that allows you to focus on improving your technique and form.

Double Cable Pulley Crossover
Cable crossover exercises are vital for targeted muscle work, recovery and strength development. The Functional Trainer uses high-tensile aircraft-grade cables, ensuring a smooth, friction-free system.
Dual adjustable, rotating pulleys with 22 height levels allow for seamless transitions between exercises such as triceps pushdowns, biceps curls, etc., effectively facilitating comprehensive body development.

Barbell
The ergonomically designed multi-grip barbell supports a variety of grips, allowing for a wide, narrow, neutral, reverse grip for multi-modal pull-ups. This flexibility allows for targeted back and biceps training, taking into account personal anatomical characteristics and training preferences.

Barbell Handles
2 dip bases are provided, which you can also place in 31 different positions. Each base has 2 rubber-coated handles to prevent your hands from slipping. With a simple but highly effective movement, train your chest, shoulders and triceps immediately. Using the inner handles you focus more on the triceps, while with the outer handles you focus on the chest.

Weight Stacks
The system includes 2 stacks of 50kg plastic-coated weights, with the possibility of extending up to 100kg, by adding Ø50 & Ø28 weight plates, which are connected to the rest of the system via durable cables.

Landmine
The Landmine accessory is included, which is used for any type of functional training, abdominal, core and rotational exercise.

Leg Stabilization Pads
These pads stabilize the legs during back and abdominal pull-ups.

Barbell Hooks
Strong, adjustable barbell storage hooks, with special protective coating and a maximum holding weight of 300kg.

Barbell Storage Base
Integrated storage base for Ø50 Olympic-type bars, as well as simple Ø28 type bars.

Adjustable Heavy-Duty Bench
The system includes an adjustable bench, with 7 adjustable backrest angles (0°-90°) and an additional support tube in a flat position, for maximum strength.

Additional bench accessories
The adjustable bench has an adjustable cushion for biceps curls, as well as an integrated leg extension/flexion system, with a maximum pull capacity of 50kg weight plates (Ø50 & Ø28).
