Στη γυμναστικής με κρίκους ενόργανης η μεγαλύτερη δυσκολία βρίσκεται στην έλλειψη σταθερού σημείου αναφοράς, όπως π.χ. στο μονόζυγο, που προκαλεί μεγάλη αστάθεια στις ασκήσεις.

Απαιτείται άριστη φυσική κατάσταση από τον ασκούμενο καθώς είναι ένα ιδιαίτερα απαιτητικό άθλημα που απαιτεί αυτοσυγκέντρωση, δύναμη και αντοχή.

Οι κρίκοι ενόργανης γυμναστικής πρέπει να τοποθετηθούν σε ένα σταθερό και ασφαλές σημείο εφαρμογής.

Ένα από τα πιο δημοφιλή και άκρως εντυπωσιακά Ολυμπιακά αθλήματα είναι οι κρίκοι.

Ιδιαίτερα απαιτητικό άθλημα, όμως αποτελεσματικό όσο λίγα, αφού παρά την απλότητά του, γυμνάζει με απίστευτο τρόπο τον κορμό, τους δικέφαλους, τρικέφαλους και ώμους.

Shipments are made via Courier (Courier Center & ELTA Courier), by our own means (within Attica), via transport (for bulky products) or by collection from the store.
- Courier Center: Charge from €3.00 (within Attica) & €3.25 (outside Attica) for up to 3 kilos. Additional €0.85/kilo (Attica) & €1.05/kilo (outside Attica).
- Cash on delivery €2.00. Saturday delivery with an extra charge of €4.60.
- ELTA Courier: Charge from €2.50 (within Attica), €3.10 (outside Attica) & €3.50 (islands) for up to 2 kilos. Additional €0.70/kilo. Cash on delivery €1.30.

Our means: Available within Attica, with a charge per area. Delivery on the sidewalk. Assembly upon request.
Shipping at customer charge: For heavy/bulky products outside Attica. The customer is responsible for the transportation costs.
- Pick-up from store: Possibility of pickup within 5 working days. Assembly available at an additional cost.
