Συνιστάται επίσης σε όσους πάσχουν από ευαισθησία στη γλουτένη, καθώς είναι χωρίς γλουτένη, χωρίς προσθήκη ζάχαρης. Ανά μερίδα (40 g) το Protein Pancake περιέχει: 158 kcal 21 g πρωτεΐνης 14 g υδατανθράκων 1,8 g λίπους 520 mg αλάτι Τρόπος Χρήσης: Ανακατέψτε 40 g (3 κουταλιές της σούπας) σε σκόνη σε 50 ml νερό και αφήστε το μείγμα να ξεκουραστεί για 1 λεπτό. Αυτή η ποσότητα είναι αρκετή για 2-3 μικρότερες ή 1 μεγάλη τηγανίτα. Τηγανίστε σε λίγο λάδι, σε τηγάνι σε μέτρια φωτιά μέχρι να ροδίσουν και στις δύο πλευρές (διαρκεί περίπου 1 λεπτό σε κάθε πλευρά). - Cash on delivery €2.00. Saturday delivery with an extra charge of €4.60.
- ELTA Courier: Charge from €2.50 (within Attica), €3.10 (outside Attica) & €3.50 (islands) for up to 2 kilos. Additional €0.70/kilo. Cash on delivery €1.30.
Our means: Available within Attica, with a charge per area. Delivery on the sidewalk. Assembly upon request.
Shipping at customer charge: For heavy/bulky products outside Attica. The customer is responsible for the transportation costs.
- Pick-up from store: Possibility of pickup within 5 working days. Assembly available at an additional cost.
