RACK - STORAGE FOR BIG STEPS

Shipments are made via Courier (Courier Center & ELTA Courier), by our own means (within Attica), via transport (for bulky products) or by collection from the store.
- Courier Center: Charge from €3.00 (within Attica) & €3.25 (outside Attica) for up to 3 kilos. Additional €0.85/kilo (Attica) & €1.05/kilo (outside Attica).
- Cash on delivery €2.00. Saturday delivery with an extra charge of €4.60.
- ELTA Courier: Charge from €2.50 (within Attica), €3.10 (outside Attica) & €3.50 (islands) for up to 2 kilos. Additional €0.70/kilo. Cash on delivery €1.30.

Our means: Available within Attica, with a charge per area. Delivery on the sidewalk. Assembly upon request.
Shipping at customer charge: For heavy/bulky products outside Attica. The customer is responsible for the transportation costs.
- Pick-up from store: Possibility of pickup within 5 working days. Assembly available at an additional cost.

Delivery Times
Vary depending on availability:
1-3 days (if available in our warehouse)
4-10 days (if available at the supplier)
Up to 30 days (if import is required)
In case of delays, you will be informed in a timely manner.

In our store you can pay in the following ways:

- Payment by cash on delivery: Available for amounts up to 100€, with extra charge (2,00€ for Courier Center, 1,30€ for ELTA Courier).

- 1.1: Payment is required before the order is executed. Deposits are made to bank accounts (Piraeus, Ethniki, Alpha Bank, Optima Bank, Revolut, Viva Wallet).

- Credit/Debit card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro (not Diners & American Express), with the possibility of up to 12 interest-free instalments depending on the purchase amount.
Credit card payments are made exclusively through Piraeus Bank. Orders not received within 5 working days are cancelled. Possibility of pickup from our physical location in Nea Philadelphia.
