Total Gym Jump
The Jump Trainer increases explosive power and builds lower body muscle mass with two basic movements, the squat and the squat with jump in place. Uniquely designed to facilitate plyometric exercises by utilizing both the linear resistance of body weight and the variable resistance of the rubber bands, it exerts concentric and eccentric forces on the muscles, allowing users to quickly accelerate or decelerate during a squat jump in a safe and controlled manner. Designed for all fitness levels, it supports the spine in the traditional squat, giving advanced users the ability to perform specialized exercises. It has two basic settings: Physiotherapy and Exercise, each with seven levels of incline, ranging from 30% to 80% of your body weight. In addition, the four rubber bands on the machine offer additional resistance of 4.5-32 kg, adjustable in 4.5 kg increments. There is an automatic brake that protects the joints during plyometric movements.

Shipments are made via Courier (Courier Center & ELTA Courier), by our own means (within Attica), via transport (for bulky products) or by collection from the store.
- Courier Center: Charge from €3.00 (within Attica) & €3.25 (outside Attica) for up to 3 kilos. Additional €0.85/kilo (Attica) & €1.05/kilo (outside Attica).
- Cash on delivery €2.00. Saturday delivery with an extra charge of €4.60.
- ELTA Courier: Charge from €2.50 (within Attica), €3.10 (outside Attica) & €3.50 (islands) for up to 2 kilos. Additional €0.70/kilo. Cash on delivery €1.30.
Our means: Available within Attica, with a charge per area. Delivery on the sidewalk. Assembly upon request.
Shipping at customer charge: For heavy/bulky products outside Attica. The customer is responsible for the transportation costs.
- Pick-up from store: Possibility of pickup within 5 working days. Assembly available at an additional cost.
