The Style Series Triceps Extension adopts a classic design to emphasize the biomechanics of triceps extension. To allow users to exercise their triceps comfortably and efficiently, the seat adjustment and tilt arm pads play a good role in positioning.
Biomechanical Design
● The triceps is one of the core muscles of the arm. To allow users to get comfortable and effective training, the angled arm pads and handles on Triceps Extension support the exerciser's elbows and pivot points to align correctly.
Adaptive Handle
● The precise design of the arms allows it to be adjusted with the user's body within the range of motion. The rotating handle moves with the forearm to provide consistent feel and resistance.
Helpful Guidance
● The conveniently located instructional placard provides step-by-step guidance on body position, movement and muscles worked.

Shipments are made via Courier (Courier Center & ELTA Courier), by our own means (within Attica), via transport (for bulky products) or by collection from the store.
- Courier Center: Charge from €3.00 (within Attica) & €3.25 (outside Attica) for up to 3 kilos. Additional €0.85/kilo (Attica) & €1.05/kilo (outside Attica).
- Cash on delivery €2.00. Saturday delivery with an extra charge of €4.60.
- ELTA Courier: Charge from €2.50 (within Attica), €3.10 (outside Attica) & €3.50 (islands) for up to 2 kilos. Additional €0.70/kilo. Cash on delivery €1.30.
Our means: Available within Attica, with a charge per area. Delivery on the sidewalk. Assembly upon request.
Shipping at customer charge: For heavy/bulky products outside Attica. The customer is responsible for the transportation costs.
- Pick-up from store: Possibility of pickup within 5 working days. Assembly available at an additional cost.
