Strengthening & Recovery
The AMILA TwistBar is ideal for upper limb stretching and for relieving pain in muscles and joints. Designed for rehabilitation after injuries, it contributes to restoring mobility safely. It is also used to strengthen the grip and forearm muscles, while its ergonomic design offers a comfortable and stable grip. Made of high-quality medical silicone, it stands out for its durability and texture. Includes a leaflet with exercises, to get started immediately and with guidance.

5 Different Resistances
Available in 5 resistance levels, for each stage of rehabilitation. Choose the appropriate level according to your needs and progress. Exercise safely, improving your physical condition and restoring muscle injuries. Use the right resistance selection as required by each exercise and after consulting your physiotherapist.

Shipments are made via Courier (Courier Center & ELTA Courier), by our own means (within Attica), via transport (for bulky products) or by collection from the store.
- Courier Center: Charge from €3.00 (within Attica) & €3.25 (outside Attica) for up to 3 kilos. Additional €0.85/kilo (Attica) & €1.05/kilo (outside Attica).
- Cash on delivery €2.00. Saturday delivery with an extra charge of €4.60.
- ELTA Courier: Charge from €2.50 (within Attica), €3.10 (outside Attica) & €3.50 (islands) for up to 2 kilos. Additional €0.70/kilo. Cash on delivery €1.30.

Our means: Available within Attica, with a charge per area. Delivery on the sidewalk. Assembly upon request.
Shipping at customer charge: For heavy/bulky products outside Attica. The customer is responsible for the transportation costs.
- Pick-up from store: Possibility of pickup within 5 working days. Assembly available at an additional cost.
