The Viking 3 Station Leverage Gym is a multi-gym where 3 people can work out at the same time with comfort, safety and quick switching of exercises!
It is a professional construction with great durability and extremely smooth and quiet operation, while it does not require maintenance since it does not use cables but only sealed bearings in the machine's joints that provide movement!
The exerciser in the 3 Station Leverage Gym has the feeling that he is exercising with free weights and indeed it is the closest thing to free exercises with dumbbells, bars and discs and to the advantages of free exercises.
It is divided into 3 basic stations: chest and shoulder presses, back pull-ups and leg squats.
PRESSURE STATION: It has 4 adjustments on the bench seat and 13 adjustments on the back from reclined, straight to 11 more positive tilt positions for chest and shoulder presses. The ability to adjust the height of the handles offers safety to the athlete who exercises alone as he can perform presses by choosing the desired starting point and range of the exercise without the fear of being trapped by the bar.
At the same station we can perform Bent Over Row for the back.
BACK PULLEY AND Thigh TRAINING STATION: It has a high pull-up pulley for the back and an upright bench with an integrated quadriceps and biceps training mechanism as well as a “Lary Squat” cushion for specialized training of the biceps brachii.
SQUAT and CALF RAISE STATION: It has 6 height adjustments, anatomically angled cushions to “fit” on the shoulders and a large non-slip platform for supporting the feet at an ergonomic angle. Here we can perform half-squats and deep squats with great safety and in the correct position to launch lower body development. The ergonomic position also helps in the correct execution of leg raises.
