O BR-56 της Viking είναι ένας στιβαρός FID πάγκος γυμναστικής ( flat, incline, decline) που μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί με ασφάλεια για προπόνηση με ελεύθερα βάρη ή για την εκτέλεση κοιλιακών.
Είναι εξαιρετικά λειτουργικός χάρις στην πληθώρα ρυθμίσεων που διαθέτει για την πλάτη και το κάθισμα αλλά και πολύ άνετος με παχιά αντιολισθητικά μαξιλάρια.
– Δυνατή κατασκευή! Με αντοχή 250 κιλών θα σας εμπνεύσει σιγουριά ώστε να συγκεντρωθείτε απερίσπαστοι στην προπόνηση σας.
– Διαθέτει οκτώ ρυθμίσεις για την πλάτη και τρεις για το κάθισμα ώστε να βρίσκουμε εύκολα την κατάλληλη θέση άσκησης. Μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί για ασκήσεις σε ίσια, επικλινή, κατακλινή ή κάθετη θέση.
– Διαθέτει ανατομικά μαξιλάρια μεγάλου πάχους (7 εκ) με επένδυση από εξαιρετικής ποιότητας PU για την σωστή στήριξη του σώματος και την άνετη εκτέλεση των ασκήσεων.
– Ενσωματώνει “κόντρα” στερέωσης πελμάτων για την υποβοήθηση της άσκησης των κοιλιακών.
– Μετακινείτε εύκολα χάρις στα ενσωματωμένα ροδάκια και την λαβή μεταφοράς.
– Συναρμολογείτε εύκολα. Χάρις στην απλότητα και το συμπαγές της κατασκευής του, χρειαζόμαστε 10 περίπου λεπτά για να τον συναρμολογήσουμε.

Shipments are made via Courier (Courier Center & ELTA Courier), by our own means (within Attica), via transport (for bulky products) or by collection from the store.
- Courier Center: Charge from €3.00 (within Attica) & €3.25 (outside Attica) for up to 3 kilos. Additional €0.85/kilo (Attica) & €1.05/kilo (outside Attica).
- Cash on delivery €2.00. Saturday delivery with an extra charge of €4.60.
- ELTA Courier: Charge from €2.50 (within Attica), €3.10 (outside Attica) & €3.50 (islands) for up to 2 kilos. Additional €0.70/kilo. Cash on delivery €1.30.

Our means: Available within Attica, with a charge per area. Delivery on the sidewalk. Assembly upon request.
Shipping at customer charge: For heavy/bulky products outside Attica. The customer is responsible for the transportation costs.
- Pick-up from store: Possibility of pickup within 5 working days. Assembly available at an additional cost.
