Τα Lifting Straps σε σχήμα 8 της Viking Fitness είναι περικάρπια - ιμάντες άρσης βαρών που μας βοηθούν σημαντικά στις έλξεις τροχαλίας και μπάρας με πολλά κιλά. Είναι πολύ χρήσιμα στην προπόνηση πλάτης καθώς στηρίζουν αποτελεσματικά τον καρπό και τον πήχυ για να μην έχουμε τραυματισμούς ενώ παράλληλα μεταφέρουν το βάρος στους μεγάλους μύες της πλάτης που είναι και ο στόχος. Τα περικάρπια σε σχήμα οκταριού της Viking είναι πολύ πιο γρήγορα και εύκολα στην εφαρμογή τους τους από τα απλά straps. Για να τα χρησιμοποιήσουμε περνάμε την πρώτη θηλιά στον καρπό μας, τυλίγουμε τον ιμάντα γύρω από την μπάρα και αμέσως περνάμε στον καρπό και την 2 θηλιά για μέγιστη ασφάλεια. Διαθέτουν εξαιρετική αντοχή και αντιολισθητική επιφάνεια που θα μας δώσει ένα πολύ γερό grip στην προπόνηση.
Shipments are made via Courier (Courier Center & ELTA Courier), by our own means (within Attica), via transport (for bulky products) or by collection from the store.
- Courier Center: Charge from €3.00 (within Attica) & €3.25 (outside Attica) for up to 3 kilos. Additional €0.85/kilo (Attica) & €1.05/kilo (outside Attica).
- Cash on delivery €2.00. Saturday delivery with an extra charge of €4.60.
- ELTA Courier: Charge from €2.50 (within Attica), €3.10 (outside Attica) & €3.50 (islands) for up to 2 kilos. Additional €0.70/kilo. Cash on delivery €1.30.
Our means: Available within Attica, with a charge per area. Delivery on the sidewalk. Assembly upon request.
Shipping at customer charge: For heavy/bulky products outside Attica. The customer is responsible for the transportation costs.
- Pick-up from store: Possibility of pickup within 5 working days. Assembly available at an additional cost.
