ΤΡΟΧΑΛΙΑ ΠΛΑΤΗΣ
- Μπορεί να λειτουργήσει είτε με απλούς δίσκους βαρών (28mm) είτε με Ολυμπιακούς (50mm),με πρόσθετους προσαρμογείς (“μανίκια”) που περιέχονται. Σε κάθε πλευρά υπάρχει ωφέλιμο μήκος ανάρτησης 19 εκ. για τους δίσκους 28mm και 14 εκ. για τους δίσκους 50mm. Σύνολο 38 και 28 εκατοστά αντίστοιχα.
– Εμπροσθολαίμιες και οπισθολαίμιες έλξεις πλάτης και πιέσεις τρικέφαλων με την ψηλή τροχαλία.
– Κάμψεις κορμού (κοιλιακοί) με αντίσταση, πιέσεις για το στήθος και εκτάσεις πάνω από το κεφάλι για τη μακρά κεφαλή του τρικέφαλου με την μεσαία τροχαλία.
ΚΩΠΗΛΑΤΙΚΗ
- Διαθέτει μεταλλική αναδιπλούμενη κόντρα πελμάτων για την σωστή εκτέλεση της χαμηλής κωπηλατικής αλλά και μαξιλάρια – κόντρες στο άνω μέρος των μηρών για να μην σηκώνονται στις έλξεις υψηλής τροχαλίας.
- Έχει αντιολισθητικά λαστιχένια πέλματα για να παραμένει σταθερό και να μην υπάρξουν ζημιές στο πάτωμα.
– Χαμηλή κωπηλατική, κάμψεις δικέφαλων βραχιόνιων, άρσεις τραπεζοειδή (υψηλή κωπηλατική) και εκγύμναση μηριαίων τετρακέφαλων – δικέφαλων και προσαγωγών – απαγωγών με την χαμηλή τροχαλία.

- Cash on delivery €2.00. Saturday delivery with an extra charge of €4.60.
- ELTA Courier: Charge from €2.50 (within Attica), €3.10 (outside Attica) & €3.50 (islands) for up to 2 kilos. Additional €0.70/kilo. Cash on delivery €1.30.
Our means: Available within Attica, with a charge per area. Delivery on the sidewalk. Assembly upon request.
Shipping at customer charge: For heavy/bulky products outside Attica. The customer is responsible for the transportation costs.
- Pick-up from store: Possibility of pickup within 5 working days. Assembly available at an additional cost.
