Ένα έξυπνο και λειτουργικό προϊόν που τοποθετείται και αφαιρείται εύκολα και με ασφάλεια στον τοίχο αφού αναρτάται στα προ -τοποθετημένα σε αυτόν άγκιστρα ασφαλείας (περιέχονται στην συσκευασία μαζί με τα υλικά στερέωσης).
Είναι ιδανικό για την ανάπτυξη του άνω μέρους του σώματος και μας βοηθά να εκτελέσουμε όλες τις βασικές ασκήσεις, χρησιμοποιώντας το ίδιο μας το βάρος για αντίσταση.
Πιο συγκεκριμένα, όταν το αναρτούμε σαν Μονόζυγο :
1) Εκτελούμε έλξεις με ανοικτή, κλειστή και ουδέτερη λαβή.
2) Εκτελούμε πρόγραμμα ασκήσεων TRX ή γενικότερα ιμάντων αντίστασης, εκμεταλλευόμενοι τους 2 σιδερένιους κρίκους κρέμασης.
Όταν το αναρτούμε σαν Δίζυγο – Καρέκλα κοιλιακών:
1) Κάνουμε βυθίσεις για τρικέφαλους και στήθος.
2) Εκτελούμε άρσεις των ποδιών με στήριξη της πλάτης για την εκγύμναση των κοιλιακών μυών.
Τοποθετημένο στο έδαφος μπορεί επίσης να χρησιμοποιηθεί για Push ups και Dips.
Μέγιστη αντοχή 200 κιλά.
Παρέχονται υλικά στερέωσης.

Shipments are made via Courier (Courier Center & ELTA Courier), by our own means (within Attica), via transport (for bulky products) or by collection from the store.
- Courier Center: Charge from €3.00 (within Attica) & €3.25 (outside Attica) for up to 3 kilos. Additional €0.85/kilo (Attica) & €1.05/kilo (outside Attica).
- Cash on delivery €2.00. Saturday delivery with an extra charge of €4.60.
- ELTA Courier: Charge from €2.50 (within Attica), €3.10 (outside Attica) & €3.50 (islands) for up to 2 kilos. Additional €0.70/kilo. Cash on delivery €1.30.
Our means: Available within Attica, with a charge per area. Delivery on the sidewalk. Assembly upon request.
Shipping at customer charge: For heavy/bulky products outside Attica. The customer is responsible for the transportation costs.
- Pick-up from store: Possibility of pickup within 5 working days. Assembly available at an additional cost.
