Οι επιδαπέδιοι σάκοι είναι μία πολύ καλή λύση για γυμναστική στο σπίτι, ιδιαίτερα όπου δεν υπάρχει η δυνατότητα κρέμασης ενός σάκου πυγμαχίας από το ταβάνι.
Ο επιδαπέδιος σάκος της Viking ξεχωρίζει :
1) Για την σταθερή πρόσφυση του στο έδαφος που του εξασφαλίζουν η μεγάλη δεξαμενή βάσης που γεμίζει με άμμο αλλά και οι 12 ελαστικές βεντούζες που τον “δένουν” με το πάτωμα. Χαρακτηριστικά οι μικρότεροι χρήστες μπορούν να τον χρησιμοποιήσουν και χωρίς την πλήρωση της βάσης.
2) Τα 4 δυνατά ελατήρια που υπάρχουν μεταξύ της βάσης και του σώματος του σάκου που επιτρέπουν την σωστή παλινδρόμηση (γρήγορη αντίδραση και επαναφορά) του σάκου στα χτυπήματα του χρήστη.
