H ενσωματωμένη πρέσα ποδιών γυμνάζει αποτελεσματικά όλο το κάτω μέρος του σώματος. Η ρύθμιση του ανατομικού πλατοκαθίσματος μας βοηθά να λάβουμε την κατάλληλη θέση άσκησης.

Συγκεκριμένα διαθέτει :
- Ψηλή Τροχαλία έλξεων για την πλάτη.
- Μηχανή πίεσης στήθους και Pec Deck, με διπλές εργονομικές λαβές και δυνατότητα πολλαπλών ρυθμίσεων της αφετηρίας της άσκησης.
- Μηχανή έλξεων πλάτης : η ίδια μηχανή στήθους μετατρέπεται εύκολα σε Κωπηλατική Dorsal (κωπηλασία με μαξιλάρι – κόντρα στο στήθος για απομόνωση της μέσης) αφού το μόνο που χρειάζεται είναι η ρύθμιση της αφετηρίας των λαβών σε μία από τις πίσω θέσεις έλξης. Ταυτόχρονα η πλάτη του καθίσματος ρυθμίζεται κατά μήκος ώστε να στηρίζει κατάλληλα το στήθος και να αποφορτίζει τη μέση κατά την κωπηλασία.
- Ξεχωριστή τροχαλία τοποθετημένη πάνω από την κεφαλή για την εκτέλεση άσκησης δίπλωσης του κορμού με αντίσταση (κοιλιακοί) και έκτασης αγκώνα μπροστά από τους ώμους (μακρά κεφαλή τρικέφαλων).
