The Balance Roller by AMILA is made of high-density EVA and can be used in physical therapy or incorporated into Pilates or Yoga exercises. It is designed to withstand even frequent use in a gym. It is ideal for stretching, core strengthening, balance, and is also suitable for massage.
Why use the AMILA Foam Roller?
Improves performance: When a trigger point is created, it can limit you and reduce your performance. Using a balance roller restores your muscles to their normal state, increasing your range of motion. This allows you to achieve better performance, as your muscles (which will have recovered) can be used to their full potential.
