The SPIKE balance roller from AMILA is made of EPP (Expanded Polypropylene), a material known for its hardness, resistance to water and other chemicals, and shock absorption.

The AMILA SPIKE has different massage surfaces, replicating the massage provided by the fingers or palms of the hands. Its hardness is moderate (Durometer Shore A38-40), making it suitable for beginners.
