The main use of an AMILA Wall Ball is wall throwing, which targets multiple joints and muscle groups at once. For a more efficient workout, stand in Dumbbell/Kettlebell Goblet Position and squat before standing up explosively (to activate the muscles of the legs, arms and back) and throw the ball towards the wall. In case you have someone to workout with, you can throw it to their place. You can also use the AMILA Wall Ball, like an AMILA Medicine Ball, and perform exercises such as, Crunches, Trunk Twists, Presses etc. AMILA Wall Balls are NOT intended for slamming exercises.
