The AMILA WallBall owes its name to the main exercise for which it was created, throwing against the wall, an exercise that activates the majority of the body's muscle groups.
The AMILA WallBall is made of high-quality primary rubber that provides excellent grip. It is distinguished by its high resistance to falls and the lack of unpleasant odors. Its weight is properly distributed so that it can be thrown correctly. All balls in the series are 35 cm in diameter, with a weight-color separation.
The most efficient position for performing the exercises is the Goblet position (the ball in front of and close to the chest) and throwing the ball as high as you can. If possible, you can exercise with someone else, throwing the ball towards them, an exercise that increases cardiorespiratory fitness and improves explosiveness. The AMILA WallBall throwing exercise activates the majority of the body's muscle groups. Indicatively, it activates the quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings, biceps, back, shoulders, all the muscles in the arms and torso. Indicative exercises that can be performed using the AMILA WallBall are: Overhead Lunges, Push-Ups, Bear Crawls, Russian Twists, Squat Throws, Thrusters, Sit-Ups, etc.
* Vinyl is sweat resistant, but it is a good idea to wipe it down after each workout.
* NOT SUITABLE FOR SLAM EXERCISES. Do not throw it on the floor while performing Slam exercises.

Shipping at customer charge: For heavy/bulky products outside Attica. The customer is responsible for the transportation costs.
