Το επαγγελματικό δάπεδο γυμναστηρίου είναι κατασκευασμένο από SBR, δηλαδή ανακυκλωμένο λάστιχο, αλλά και EPDM δηλαδή πρωτογενές λάστιχο το οποίο χαρακτηρίζεται για την αντοχή του. Το πάχος 2 εκατοστών είναι ικανό να προστατέψει το δάπεδο σας και τον εξοπλισμό. Η κατασκευή η οποία αποτελείται από 2 στρώσεις. Η πρώτη στρώση αποτελείται από κόκκους ανακυκλωμένου λάστιχου που μετά από μια επεξεργασία θέρμανσης και κόλλησης, δημιουργώντας ένα συμπαγές σώμα πάχους 18,5 χιλιοστών. Η δεύτερη στρώση 15 χιλιοστών που βρίσκεται στην επιφάνεια αποτελείται από ρολό με EPDM 20% (σε μορφή χρωματιστών flecks) προσδίδοντας μια λεία επιφάνεια που βελτιώνει την αισθητική αλλά και την ευκολία καθαρισμού. Όσο πιο υψηλό το ποσοστό EPDM τόσο πιο ανθεκτικό γίνεται το πάτωμα.
