Σετ από ξύλινα blocks μεγάλης αντοχής που “κουμπώνει” το ένα πάνω στο άλλο στο ύψος που μας εξυπηρετεί για να εκτελέσουμε με άνεση και ασφάλεια το προπονητικό μας πρόγραμμα.
Συνήθως χρησιμοποιούνται για τις κλασικές δυναμικές ασκήσεις άρσης βαρών όπως είναι η εκτίναξη ( jerk ) της μπάρας πάνω από τους ώμους.
Με τα Viking Wood Jerk blocks μπορούμε να εκτελούμε αυτή τη σημαντική άσκηση επαναλαμβανόμενα με ασφάλεια και χωρίς καταπόνηση αφού δε χρειάζεται να αφήνουμε και να σηκώνουμε ξανά τη μπάρα από το έδαφος.
Χάρις στην σπονδυλωτή και στιβαρή κατασκευή τους από μασίφ Blocks διαφορετικού ύψους τα Viking Jerk Boxes μπορούν εύκολα να χρησιμοποιηθούν και για πληθώρα άλλων ασκήσεων όπως τα πλειομετρικά άλματα, τα Step Up, τα Half Deadlifts κτλ

Shipments are made via Courier (Courier Center & ELTA Courier), by our own means (within Attica), via transport (for bulky products) or by collection from the store.
- Courier Center: Charge from €3.00 (within Attica) & €3.25 (outside Attica) for up to 3 kilos. Additional €0.85/kilo (Attica) & €1.05/kilo (outside Attica).
- Cash on delivery €2.00. Saturday delivery with an extra charge of €4.60.
- ELTA Courier: Charge from €2.50 (within Attica), €3.10 (outside Attica) & €3.50 (islands) for up to 2 kilos. Additional €0.70/kilo. Cash on delivery €1.30.
Our means: Available within Attica, with a charge per area. Delivery on the sidewalk. Assembly upon request.
Shipping at customer charge: For heavy/bulky products outside Attica. The customer is responsible for the transportation costs.
- Pick-up from store: Possibility of pickup within 5 working days. Assembly available at an additional cost.
