H προπονηση με φυγοκεντρο δυναμη με την μορφη της κινητικης ενεργειας ειναι μια καινοτομος εξελιξη στον τομεα της φυσικοθεραπειας και του αθλητισμου.
Αντι για συμβατικα βαρη προπονειστε με βολαν που λειτουργουν ανεξαρτητα με την βαρυτητα. Καθε κινηση πραγματοποιειται σε δυο φασεις:
α) Φαση 1 - ομοκεντρη. Τραβωντας την λαβη, η φυγοκεντρος μαζα ρυθμιζεται σε περιστροφη , επιταχυνεται και αποθηκευει κινητικη ενεργεια.Μολισ τυλιχθει τελειωσς η ταινια , τραβιεται προς τα πισω απο τον σφονδυλο , σαν γιο-γιο.
β) Φαση 2 - εκκεντρικη . οταν η ταινια τραβιεται προς τα πισω , πρεπει να φρεναρει απο την αντισταση του σωματος . Στην συνεχεια η ομοκεντρη φαση ξεκινα αυτοματα .
Κλινικές μελέτες για τη φυγόκεντρο δύναμη
Πολυάριθμες επιστημονικές μελέτες επιβεβαιώνουν την αποτελεσματικότητα της φυγόκεντρης προπόνησης, γι 'αυτό και αυτή η μέθοδος χρησιμοποιείται από κορυφαίους αθλητές και φυσιοθεραπευτές.
