The main use of an AMILA Wall Ball is wall throwing, which targets multiple joints and muscle groups at once. For a more efficient workout, stand in Dumbbell/Kettlebell Goblet Position and squat before standing up explosively (to activate the muscles of the legs, arms and back) and throw the ball towards the wall. In case you have someone to workout with, you can throw it to their place. You can also use the AMILA Wall Ball, like an AMILA Medicine Ball, and perform exercises such as, Crunches, Trunk Twists, Presses, etc. AMILA Wall Balls are NOT intended for slamming exercises. Functional exercises, such as throwing an AMILA Wall Ball, strengthen multiple muscle groups and joints, which can help you in your daily life

FULL BODY WORKOUT: You can use the AMILA Wall Ball for overhead Lunges, Push-Ups, Bear Crawls, Russian Twists, Squat Throws, Thrusters, Sit-Ups, etc. It is a great accessory for toning many muscle groups
NOT SUITABLE FOR SLAM EXERCISES: Use the ball as a medicine ball, throwing it against the wall or in the air and catching it. Do not throw it on the floor while performing Slam exercises.
STRENGTH CONSTRUCTION: The ball is well balanced in terms of weight distribution so that it can be thrown correctly, made externally from Kevlar, a material with particular resistance to punctures.
