Ποιο μέγεθος είναι κατάλληλο για εσάς:

Όσο πιο μακρύ είναι το σχοινί, τόσο πιο βαρύ είναι, κάνοντας την άσκηση πιο δύσκολη. Τα μικρότερα σχοινιά δεν είναι τόσο «ρευστά» αλλά είναι κατάλληλα για μικρούς χώρους. Αν είστε αρχάριοι στην άσκηση με Battle Rope τότε τα 9 μέτρα θα είναι ευκολότερα και στην χρήση και στο πιάσιμο. Όσο πιο μακρύ είναι τόσο «προκαλεί» τους πιο έμπειρους.

Shipments are made via Courier (Courier Center & ELTA Courier), by our own means (within Attica), via transport (for bulky products) or by collection from the store.
- Courier Center: Charge from €3.00 (within Attica) & €3.25 (outside Attica) for up to 3 kilos. Additional €0.85/kilo (Attica) & €1.05/kilo (outside Attica).
- Cash on delivery €2.00. Saturday delivery with an extra charge of €4.60.
- ELTA Courier: Charge from €2.50 (within Attica), €3.10 (outside Attica) & €3.50 (islands) for up to 2 kilos. Additional €0.70/kilo. Cash on delivery €1.30.

Our means: Available within Attica, with a charge per area. Delivery on the sidewalk. Assembly upon request.
Shipping at customer charge: For heavy/bulky products outside Attica. The customer is responsible for the transportation costs.
- Pick-up from store: Possibility of pickup within 5 working days. Assembly available at an additional cost.
