High Quality Construction
The AMILA WallBall Black Code is made of high quality and durable Nylon with double seams, lined with Vinyl for a soft but firm grip. Its weight is properly distributed so that it can be thrown correctly. All balls in the series are 35 cm in diameter while the new construction method allows for a rounder shape.
What can you do with an AMILA WallBall?
With an AMILA WallBall you have many exercise options. The most efficient position for performing the exercises is the Goblet position (the ball in front of and close to the chest) and throwing the ball as high as you can. If possible, you can exercise with someone else, throwing the ball towards them, an exercise that increases cardiorespiratory fitness and improves explosiveness. The AMILA WallBall throwing exercise activates the majority of the body's muscle groups. Indicatively, it activates the quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings, biceps, back, shoulders, all the muscles in the arms and torso. Indicative exercises that can be performed using the AMILA WallBall are: Overhead Lunges, Push-Ups, Bear Crawls, Russian Twists, Squat Throws, Thrusters, Sit-Ups, etc.
* The vinyl offers sweat resistance, but it would be a good idea to wipe it after each workout.
* NOT SUITABLE FOR SLAM EXERCISES. Do not throw it on the floor while performing Slam exercises.
